We make a difference when we show up. Throughout New Jersey, preventable fossil fuel projects are on the table, still in need of advocacy for environmental justice legal review and viable renewable energy alternatives. The particular project we are being trained on today will center on Woodbridge and the private company, Competitive Power Ventures. Waterspirit's training is for anyone seeking to support the opposition of a toxic gas plant in Woodbridge by using voice live and/or in writing. Waterspirit has been working with a mighty and growing network of activists out of Central New Jersey and throughout the state to speak up where and when it counts. The advocacy tools we are learning in trainings like these are quite useful when opportunities like this arise and perhaps you might not be sure where to begin. Together we are unstoppable.
